今天百度在美丽的九寨沟召开2010年百度联盟峰会。这次峰会主题为“框广天地 盟集全域”，是百度联盟成立以来规模最大、规格最高的一次峰会。在峰会期间，百度联盟总经理褚达晨公布了百度联盟三方面的新举措，它们分别是从站长的收益、服务和成长三方面来促进站长的发展。
在收益方面
百度联盟将在提升产品变现能力的基础上进一步提高网盟推广分成比例，分成比例平均提高10-15个百分点，将更多收益分给伙伴。百度一直分给站长的比例相当Google AdSense要低很多，而且技术上远不及Google（主要表现在广告的相关度），使得点击率较Google AdSense要低。
在服务方面
百度联盟根据合作伙伴不同的成长阶段提供一系列差异化的服务，包括联盟伙伴可通过百度联盟获得百度先进技术如阿拉丁平台等方面支持，还可通过百度广告管家、百度统计等完全免费的工具进行自身网站的流量监测优化、广告运营管理等。
我曾经在评百度网站排行下线一文里说到，百度最大的追随者是那150多万的中文站长及那些想赢在网络的人。站长要发展离不开百度，同样百度想要在中文市场一直领先于google，也离不开这些人的支持，两者合则利不合则弊。所以百度今年为站长打造了一些平台，比如百度的网站统计功能，百度的广告管理系统。看起来这两个系统不能直接盈利，但是对百度的发展是有巨大的推动作用，它拉近了百度和站长们的关系。
在成长方面
百度联盟将成立互联网创业者俱乐部帮助伙伴进行自主创业，促进社会就业；同时，设立“常青藤”成长计划，帮助伙伴针对联盟业务进行推广优化培训、针对公司经营管理进行Mini MBA等培训。
百度2009年财报显示，其全年总收入约44.5亿人民币，同比增长39.2%。而百度联盟2009年分成6.9767亿，年同比增长66.7%，远远超出百度自身增速。
从上面三个方面可以看出，百度已经找到一条有效的突破路径——以中国200多万站长为忠实用户，推广其一系列产品和服务。
中国站长普遍都恨百毒，究其原因还是因为他们过于热爱百度、热度追求百度，而不能得到相应的回报。这犹如对恋人的付出而得不到相应的爱护一般。
由此可见，百度早就该主动抛入橄榄枝，和站长们建立密切的关系。
