由于最近的特殊时期，很多站长“到海外逛了一圈”，发现把空间放置海外的日子也不好过。发现还是家里好，如果不是打压这么严重还是想在国内的。
不可否则国外的空间和域名都比国内便宜，而且性能也比较高。比如ixwebhosting提供的几种虚拟主机，不限空间、不限流量，免费送顶级域名还有送多个独立ip，可以建无数个站，支持多级目录绑定。所以这些都很诱人，尤其是有很多小站的朋友们。同时不分网通和电信，总体访问速度都很不错。但也有不少问题。
1、国外的多是linux主机，Windows要贵很多。不过这个问题也不大，现在php开源的太多了，所以用linux反而好。
2、后台控制面板是英文的，虽然咱们都看懂，毕竟没有中文来的流畅，而且他们的功能比较灵活，很多操作都比较专业。所以可能给你带来使用上的难度。
3、技术服务和故障处理问题，这一点是最主要的问题，空间可能会涉及很多技术的问题，包括使用技术和配置技术。比如目录绑定、目录保护、虚拟ftp的创建等；还比如rewrite规则的配置，在国外买的空间，要运行国内的discuz或织梦cms等程序，页面 URL 静态化的 Rewrite 规则需要自己配置处理。这些在国内，即时你不会也都可以咨询技术客服，直接通过QQ上聊就能搞定。
还有在国内，当出现故障时，都能即时得联系客服做处理。而在国外，由于时间差，可能有时候你很着急在等时，他们可能都在睡觉。还有他们不像中国这么便宜的劳动力，在国内买个一年百来块的虚拟主机，可以不停的要求客服做这做那，有时候还骂人。抛开主机不谈，光服务费就不止这么多钱了，所以在国外你别想这样。
4、地方歧视。外地人难免会被歧视的，在国外生活会被歧视，同样在国外买服务器，也不可能是跟本地人的待遇是一样的。他们会把所有中国的站长购买的空间和ip放一起，当出现故障时，肯定不会优先得到保障的。
这次ixwebhosting 的CP9宕机几天都未处理好，上面都是中国站长。而且很怕哪一天电信封锁所有中国站长所在的ip段，那么很多站都回不了家了。
所以只要国内能活下去，真的还是想在国内，毕竟是自己家呀，总比流浪在外好。本人现在的空间是在海外，希望能够早日回家！

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
