百度旗下视频网站奇艺(www.qiyi.com)今日正式上线，奇艺方面表示将专注提供免费正版高清视频内容，承诺绝对不会做用户分享，也杜绝任何盗版模式。
奇艺网的发展
自从今年一月份，百度宣布创设独立视频公司以来一直备受关注。
1月6日，百度组建独立网络视频公司龚宇任CEO。
2月24日百度独立视频公司公布网站名称“奇艺”及域名，同期公布的还包括奇艺的官方LOGO。
3月15日，百度的独立视频公司奇艺网正式入驻位于中关村的甲级写字楼欧美汇大厦。启动网上上线倒计时。
3月29日，奇艺宣布测试版上线。测试工作分为两个阶段：第一阶段受奇艺邀请的用户可以登录奇艺网WWW.QIYI.COM，主要进行技术和产品方面的测试，从专业的角度对奇艺页面、视频画质、播放流畅性等方面提出反馈意见；第二阶段已经被邀请的用户可以邀请其他人员加入测试，主要目的是实现正式发布前的综合性测试。
4月21日，奇艺网正式上线。
齐艺视频网的特点
1、奇艺在用户观看任何页面都提供“您的播放记录”选项，可以自动播放上次观看的视频。
2、奇艺还提供正版视频剪辑分享功能，用户观看时可以点击分享按钮，在奇艺影片播放时间轴中截取10分钟以内的视频片段，将其直接转发到百度贴吧、新浪微博、开心网、人人网、QQ空间等与朋友分享。
3、奇艺的视频较之优酷、土豆等视频网，最大的特色就是清晰。同时可以选择清晰程度及亮度等设置。
总之奇艺坚持免费、正版、高清、追求优质用户体验。
