Google Nexus One是该公司第一款手机产品，也是目前唯一一款采用Android 2.1操作系统的手机。它采用了高通SnapDragon 1GHz中央处理器、512MB的ROM和RAM，以及3.7英寸800*480像素AMOLED液晶屏幕和500万像素自动对焦摄像头，硬件配置在目前手机行业处于数一数二的位置。
