绝大部分网购者在购物时，都偏向于信用高的皇冠店。作为网店店长都十分重视好评，有好的口碑和信誉，会为店铺带来更高的点击率和成交量。一旦信誉被买家记污点，店铺就可能名声受损。
因此，现在很多店长，尤其是刚开店不久的店长，为了得一个好评，经常做赔本的买卖。据我了解很多新店长，都以成本价出卖商品，不仅如此，为了讨好客户，他们还自己掏钱用EMS运送。
当然有投机的店长便参加了“互刷联盟”，即各店长相互购买商品并给予好评，从而提供信用度和好评。对此，淘宝的惩罚十分严厉，但由于各方面因素，很难根本上杜绝这种行为。
不过，现在有很多恶意买家居然做起职业差评师，专门以给网店差评为手段索要网店钱财。最近不少据店长反应，职业差评师会注册很多小号，拍店铺商品的时候十分爽快，但买回之后，问题就一连串地找上门来 ，称要给你选差评，店方老实地给了钱还好，对于店方比较强硬的，差评师们死缠烂打，有的还有“团伙作案”，分工协作整你的店铺。
可见，店长的好评信用度其含金量已经不高了。
