QQ群等级类似于QQ的等级，有确定的积分规则：
1、QQ群等级积分是从2009年9月1号开始计算的。
2、QQ群积分由人气值、贡献值和参与值组成，而且每个值都要同时达到一定的分值（第一级是人气值、贡献值和参与值都要40分以上）才能升级，具体规则为：
3、每日都有积分上限的，类似QQ每天只算2个小时，不过如果你啥的砸钱，应该可以翻倍的。

据QQ公布，后续群等级将推出各种特权，等级越高将有机会享受越多的特权，如：群搜索排名靠前，相册、共享的空间容量更大，群成员人数更多等，且不影响任何原有的权益。

第一，腾讯想进一步加强与客户粘度及用户间的互动性。腾讯客户的忠实度是让所有互联网企业眼红的，有了如此多的忠实用户无论什么产品都好推广。从群积分策略来看，主要是为了提供群的互动性，这对之后的SNS（校园、农场等）、拍拍甚至soso搜索的发展都有大大的促进作用。
第二，充分利用QQ群的通讯营销功能，不少人花钱做SEO进行网络营销、不少人用手机短信或电子邮件营销。当然利用客户群最为广泛和直接的QQ群来做营销，其效果绝对不亚于搜索引擎营销和电子邮件营销。
而腾讯本身拥有QQ群，为何不加以引导和利用？到时收入可能真不比百度推广来的少。
